Peal and wash the potato and carrot.
- Steam the potato, carrots and peas until soft enough to mash
- Mash the Veggies and add in the soya sauce, sesame seed oil, garlic granules and Chinese spice. Mix well
- Cut the slices of bread into triangles and spray olive oil on one side. On the other side spread the mixture.
- In a separate plate, add your seeds (sesame and milled mix seed mix)
- Place the loaded triangle on the plate of seeds ensuring both sides are covered well.
- Heat a nonstick pan, add approximately 1 tsp of olive oil and let it heat up.
- Place the triangle on the pan and cook until golden brown and both sides.
- Let the toast cool down before serving,
