Add the chopped Brussels Sprouts to a bowl.
- Add all the dried ingredients (spices and chickpea flour) to the bowl of chopped Brussels sprouts and toss
- Next add in the olive oil and mix
- Place the Brussels Sprouts mix into an air fryer at 210 degrees for 8-10mins until slightly charred.
- Allow the Brussels sprouts to cool and crisp.
Crispy Brussels Sprouts are a great crunchy side with My Veggies Bubba's Peas and Potato Curry with Saffron Rice!
