In a bowl add the veggies, onion, garlic and mashed potatoes.
- Add a pinch of garam masala, pinch of turmeric, mixed dried herbs, cheese and mix.
- Form into fingers.
- In a separate plate mix the water and plain flour to make a runny paste. Roll each finger into the paste and then coat with breadcrumbs. Spray with olive oil.
- Cook in the oven for 15-20mins until golden brown, or shallow fry 2-3 mins per side until golden brown.
