Come try these delicious Five Veggie Fingers. Perfect as a meal with a side of masala beans and Avocado. This is a great healthy toddler meal! 

 SHOPPING LIST
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Cauliflower
  • Broccoli
  • Carrots
  • Potato
  • Peas
  • Garam Masala
  • Dried Mixed herbs
  • Panko breadcrumbs
  • Cheese (or Vegan alternative)
  • Plain flour
  • Water
  • Olive Oil Spray
 Ingredients
  • 1/4 onion grated 
  • 2 cloves Garlic grated
  • 1/4 cup grated Cauliflower
  • 1/4 cup grated Broccoli
  • 1/4 grated Carrots
  • 1 large Potato boiled and mashed
  • 1/4 Peas
  • Pinch of Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp Dried Mixed herbs
  • 5-6 tbsp Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Cheese (or Vegan alternative)
  • 4 tbsp Plain flour
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • Olive Oil Spray
    Method
    • In a bowl add the veggies, onion, garlic and mashed potatoes. 

    • Add a pinch of garam masala, pinch of turmeric, mixed dried herbs, cheese and mix.
    • Form into fingers.
    • In a separate plate mix the water and plain flour to make a runny paste. Roll each finger into the paste and then coat with breadcrumbs. Spray with olive oil.
    • Cook in the oven for 15-20mins until golden brown, or shallow fry 2-3 mins per side until golden brown.
