This is one of our favourite recipes. It’s My Veggie Bubba's healthy take on risotto. Made from Buckwheat, it supports growth and development and gives your little one all the energy they need. This is best for little ones 10 months plus.

Method

In a saucepan fry the garlic with olive oil for a few minutes.
- Add the Broccoli, Mushrooms and Peas and cook for a further 5 minutes
- Next add in the Spinach, Basil, Dried herbs, Buckwheat Grouts and cook for a further 5minutes.
- Add in 100-150ml of water, with a pinch of turmeric. Let it simmer until the most of the water has evaporated.
- Add in the Parmesan cheese and the milk to create a creamy texture.
Serve My Veggie Bubba’s Savoury Plant-Based Thepla (Flatbreads) with Green Buckwheat Risotto for a more heartier meal!
