Add the semolina, chickpea flour, coriander powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, garlic powder, yoghurt and water into a mixing bowl and mix well. (The mixture should be thick, not watery)
- Next add in the carrots, zucchini, spinach, cabbage and ginger. Mix well using a spatula or spoon.
- In a saucepan, heat up the oil and add in the mustard seeds and wait till the crackle. Switch of the heat and leave aside
- Add the mixture into a greased mini muffin tray and put in into the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
