Mung Bean Curry Shephard's Pie



  • My Veggies Bubba's Mung Bean Curry 
  • Frozen peas
  • Frozen sweetcorn 
  • Carrot 
  • Potato
  • Dried mixed herbs 
  • Butter (vg)
  • Cheese (vg)
  • Coconut milk/cream
  • My Veggie Bubba's Mung Bean Curry 
  • Small handful of frozen peas
  • Small handful of frozen sweetcorn 
  • 1 small Carrot (or 1/4 of a carrot)
  • 1 medium Potato
  • 1 tsp Dried mixed herbs 
  • 1 tsp of Butter (vg)
  • Grated Cheese (vg)
  • 2 tbsp of Coconut milk/cream
  • Oat milk
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
      • Heat the My Veggie Bubba Mung Bean Curry for 3 mins in the microwave or in a pan until liquid

      • Add the frozen veg and mix. (chop the veg finely in a food processor for little ones under 12 months to reduce choking hazards) 
      • Once the veg are cooked add the cream/coconut milk 
      • Boil a potato and mash it with butter. Add some milk, dried herbs and garlic powder
      • Place the Mung bean curry into an oven dish, add the mashed potato and spread. Add the cheese and place in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 8-10 mins
