Heat the My Veggie Bubba Mung Bean Curry for 3 mins in the microwave or in a pan until liquid
- Add the frozen veg and mix. (chop the veg finely in a food processor for little ones under 12 months to reduce choking hazards)
- Once the veg are cooked add the cream/coconut milk
- Boil a potato and mash it with butter. Add some milk, dried herbs and garlic powder
- Place the Mung bean curry into an oven dish, add the mashed potato and spread. Add the cheese and place in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 8-10 mins
