My Veggie Bubba | Plant-based Mushroom Curry | Recipes for Toddlers
  • Olive Oil
  • Mushrooms
  • Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • Onion Paste
  • Chopped Tomatoes
  • Vegan Yogurt
  • Mild Curry Powder (optional)
  • Coriander
  • Turmeric
  • 1tbsp olive oil
  • 4-5 diced mushrooms 
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 3 tbsp vegan yoghurt
  • 1/4 tsp mild curry powder (optional)
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander
  • Pinch of turmeric powder
    • Heat the olive oil in a pan, add the ginger-garlic and onion paste, and sauté for a few minutes

    • Add the tomato sauce and mild curry powder, and stir

    • Add the mushrooms and sauté until tender

    • Add the yoghurt and mix well
