Saute the onion and garlic with olive oil for 2 minutes until cooked
- Add in the mushrooms, courgette and turmeric and cook for a further 5 minutes
- Next add in the green lentil and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Add this mixture to the mashed potato.
- Add the dried herbs and coriander and mix.
- Create palm sized burgers.
- Place onto a tray lined with baking powder, spray with olive oil
- Place in the oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes or until cooked.
- Serve in a soft and fluffy burger bun with a side of sweetcorn and peas.
