 SHOPPING LIST
  • Quinoa
  • Carrot
  • Kidney Beans
  • Garlic
  • Dried mixed herbs
  • Black pepper
  • Paprika 
  • Bread
  • Cheese (vegan optional)
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Oil
 Ingredients
  • 1 small/medium carrot finely grated
  • 1 cup of cooked quinoa
  • 1 cup of boiled kidney beans
  • 1 tsp of mixed herbs
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • 1/2 Cup grated cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (1 slice of bread)
  • 1 clove of garlic minced
    Method
    • Mash the kidney beans until it forms a paste.

    • Add all the ingredients 
    • Form the mixture into burgers
    • Spray both sides with oil
    • Air fry/pan fry on medium to high heat until cooked on both sides (5-7 minutes on each side)
    • Serve by itself or in a burger bun with a tomato sauce (tomato puree, water, mixed herbs, garlic powder) and a slice of (vegan) cheese
