  • Plantain

  • Carrot

  • Oats

  • Vanilla

  • Cinnamon

  • Milk Alternative

  • Chia/flax seeds

 Ingredients
  • 1 Ripe Plantain peeled and chopped

  • 1 Medium Carrot peeled and chopped

  • ½ cup Oats

  • 1 tsp Vanilla (essence or gel)

  • 1-2 tsp Cinnamon

  • 3-4 tbsp flour (whole wheat)

  • 30ml Milk (add more if needed)

  • 1 chia/flaxseed egg

    Method
    • Boil the Plantain and the Carrots until soft enough to puree

    • Puree/blend the plantain and carrots together

    • To the mixture add in the oats, cinnamon, vanilla, chia/flaxseed egg and milk.

    • Mix well until the batter is runny

    • Heat up ½ tbsp coconut oil in a pan and add 1 large tbsp if batter.

    • Cook evenly on both sides.
