Heat the sesame and olive oil in a pan
- Add the minced garlic and shallow fry
- Next add the veggies and tofu ( chop finely to reduce choking if your little one is less than 12 months) and cook for a further 5-8 mins (add a couple of spoon of water)
- Add the noodles and cook for 3 mins. ( I preferred to cut the noodles into slightly smaller pieces to help with eating)
- Add the soya sauce (optional) and stir.
- Serve warm
For Adults- add extra soya sauce and 1 tsp of gochujang paste and mix.
